Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents. - Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
- Produces construction documents in AutoCAD
- Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Interfaces project managers.
- Site inspections
- Assists in research and recommendations of materials and products for project specifications.

Investiga, programa, planifica, diseña y administra proyectos de construcción aplicando conocimientos de diseño arquitectónico, detalles de construcción, procedimientos de construcción, códigos de zonificación y construcción, y materiales y sistemas de construcción.
Produce planos conceptuales, representaciones y documentos.
Diseño de planes y programas de proyecto(s); coordina e integra elementos de ingeniería en un diseño unificado para la revisión y aprobación del cliente.
Utiliza software y equipo de diseño asistido por computadora para preparar diseños y planes de proyectos.
Produce documentos de construcción en AutoCAD
Trabajando con el Gerente de Proyecto, puede dirigir, supervisar y verificar las actividades de los trabajadores involucrados en la preparación de planos y documentos de especificación para la Fase de Diseño Conceptual, Fase de Diseño Esquemático y/o Fase de Diseño Detallado de un proyecto.
Gestores de proyectos de interfaces.
Inspecciones del sitio
Asiste en la investigación y recomendaciones de materiales y productos para las especificaciones del proyecto.
