Responsibilities: You will work with multiple teams of our global organization (Operations, Sales, Client Success, Finance) to deliver data-driven solutions.
**Your main responsibilities will be**: Responsible for overall business intelligence projects, deliverables, and presentations to stakeholders. Extrapolate and deliver powerful insights that help drive our business. Gather and consolidate large datasets from various sources and systems within PX to build data products while ensuring data integrity & accuracy. Support the development, monitoring, and measurement of results of business key performance indicators.
Highlight business drivers, perform analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, identify opportunities to streamline business processes, and develop analytical solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analysis, or any other related major. Masters preferred.
Fluent English is a must 2+ years experience in Marketing Analytics w/ a focus on performance metrics and predictive modeling. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Python, R, SQL database. Advanced experience with data visualization tools in Tableau.
Strong analytical thought process, with an ability to interpret data and derive insights. Ability to look for and articulate meaning in numbers and make data-based recommendations. Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Strong communication and presentation skills - must be able to communicate and present data findings, strategic recommendations, trends, and suggested game plans.
