Función principal capacitar al equipo de ventas de canales y distribuidores en toda la línea de productos Dell dirigidos a empresas, Notebooks, Desktop, Servidores, Almacenamiento, Red, Servicios, Backup y Software. Capacitarse participando en webinars o presentaciones dirigidas al equipo de instructores. Será responsable de adaptar el material de presentación al portafolio nacional, traduciendo del inglés o español
- Búsqueda y agenda de capacitaciones a implementar. Gestión de calendario, invitaciones a participantes, implementación de capacitaciones. Reporte de asistencia y de evidencia fotográfica. Alinear la estrategia de capacitación con el equipo de marketing y PAMs para las cuentas de Dell en LATAM, estableciendo metas, campañas conjuntas, temas a tratar, informes de capacitación
- Asistencia presencial o remota, ya sea en webinars, Teams o grabación de video. Comprender y adaptar el discurso de capacitación según la audiencia, siendo más detallado o técnico según la necesidad.Empresa que se dedica qa Estrategias de Marketing y Ventas.**Requisitos**: Profesionista con carrera universitaria concluida, preferentemente en área económico administrativa. Edad : 25-40 años Amplia experiência comprobable como Capacitador y en manejo de grupos presencial y remoto.

Capacitador o Evangelizador Enterprise. Liderazgo para control de foros, presencial y remoto. Skills desarrollados en comunicación verbal, no verbal y escrita Gusto por la tecnología y por el aprendizaje constante Autogestionable Inglés avanzado Conocimiento de paquetería Office Disponibilidad para viajarBeneficiosBeneficios de LeySalario competitivo
