So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, youll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.You are responsible forGenerate and manage commercial proposals.Carry out reviews, when necessary, to support the professional with information necessary for negotiations.Manage the preparation of necessary material for the order, collecting the documents relevant to the sale of the product, ensuring compliance with the company's requirements.Submit data for credit approval, extracting documents relevant to the negotiation and filling out a form with the sale information.Prepare the necessary documents to issue the sales contract, extracting information from the system regarding the product configuration and attaching it to the consultation folder.Provide information to your management to carry out weekly sales project meetings, requesting support from the areas involved.You are a part ofGBS Sales Back Office team, with the participation of local and global interdisciplinary teams located in Europe, USA, Asia and LATAM.To succeed in this role, youll need a customer-first attitude and the followingRelevant related experience as Sales Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain or Quote Support Officer.Be skilled in data analysis.Be assertive in decision making.Ability to communicate clearly and objectively.Domain of the Office PackageContinuous improvement knowledgeIn return, we offer youParticipation in the Sales Back Office team managing sales processes for medical products.
