Esto incluye asesorías a los asegurados finales sobre uso de la póliza, coberturas y beneficios, coordinar trámites de facturación, inclusión, exclusión, pre - autorizaciones y reclamos para garantizar que estén en tiempo y la calidad requerida, realizar charlas de beneficios a nuevos ingresos o reforzamientos a asegurados existentes y mantener la reportería general del manejo de la cuenta al día.**¿Qué necesitas tener?**: - Experiência mínima de 1 año en empresas aseguradores, corredores de seguros y/o hospitales en los ramos de vida y salud colectivo. Conocer estructura de pólizas y beneficios de colectivos de vida y salud. Conocimiento de procesos de facturación, inclusión, exclusión, pre-autorizaciones y reclamos. Dominio de Excel intermedio - avanzado y presentaciones dinámicas en Powerpoint. Inglés NECESARIO: Capaz de entablar conversaciones con clientes extranjeros.**¿Qué te hace destacar?**: - Comunicación y proyección empática hacia los clientes.
