Km Lead

**Job Title**: KM Lead - Americas

**Job title**:
Knowledge Management (KM) GBS Americas. Hybrid role working 2 days a week from home and 3 days from the office.

**Your role**:
1. Take end-to-end responsibility to drive Knowledge creation/sharing culture and also encourage teams to store all reusable knowledge in centralized KM Portal

2.Monitor and report progress of KM initiatives to the hub and functional leader

3.Colloborate with Function leaders/leads to identify areas of opportunity and gaps in knowledge flow

4.Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of core KM approaches within and across the functions

5.Promote KM approaches (e.g., sharing best practice, lessons learned capture)

6.Organize knowledge-sharing events, maintain communications on knowledge sharing across the hubs

7.Prepare presentation and participate in orientation and training sessions.

8.Ensure content stored in KM portal is up-to date
