**Responsibilities**:

- Create and iterate on scripted tests using automation test products such as SpecFlow, Playwrite, Rest #, and Azure DevOps. This involves designing and implementing tests that can be executed automatically, ensuring efficient and accurate validation of software functionality.
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure high-quality software products. This includes defining the approach and roadmap for automated testing, creating test plans, and writing scripts that cover different testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to identify and understand software requirements. Effective communication and collaboration are necessary to align testing efforts with the software development process and ensure that all relevant requirements are met.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and related tools like SpecFlow, Playwrite, Rest #, and Azure DevOps. This involves writing code in C# to automate the execution of test cases and maintain the test scripts over time as the software evolves.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to ensure efficient and effective software delivery. This includes integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, automating the build and deployment processes, and enabling fast and reliable software releases.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects, providing detailed bug reports and working closely with development teams to resolve issues. A critical aspect of the role is to identify and report software defects effectively, working collaboratively with the development team to ensure their timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve testing processes and methodologies, driving quality and efficiency enhancements. Actively participating in process improvement initiatives and sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to optimize testing practices.
- Mentored junior team members, providing guidance and support in test automation practices. Sharing knowledge and best practices, offering mentorship, and helping junior team members develop their skills in automated testing.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with both local and remote teams in the United States.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software-automated testing, with a focus on test automation. This includes extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated test cases and frameworks.
- Some experience with C# as it relates to automated testing. Familiarity with the C# programming language and its usage in developing automated tests.
- Paid work experience using software automation test products similar to or including SpecFlow, Playwrite, Rest #, and Azure DevOps. Practical experience utilizing these tools to create and execute automated tests.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools for automated software delivery. Understanding and practical experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices and associated tools.
- Solid understanding of nUnit/xUnit frameworks for automated testing. Proficiency in using these frameworks to design and execute automated test cases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and pay meticulous attention to details while testing software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. The capability to work effectively both individually and collaboratively within a team, ensuring seamless cooperation and contribution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. The ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while ensuring effective coordination and organization of testing efforts.

Additionally, the following is required:

- Ability to speak English well enough to work with an English-speaking remote team. Proficiency in spoken English to facilitate effective communication with team members located remotely in English-speaking environments.
- Willingness to be on webcam for daily Zoom or Teams meetings. Availability and willingness to participate in daily video conferences using platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration with the team.

Compensation Range: $42K - $54K
