Build a robust pipeline of future commercial leaders with capacity and capability in the commercial areas as well as fill relevant current/future vacancies with high-quality graduate hires.

- Graduates will focus on and work in the commercial areas only. Program period is 12 months.

- Business challenges and projects. Figure out risks to your project and work on how to identify and mitigate them.
- shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments, if needed, to gain practical experience.
- Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members
- Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
- Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
