The main objective of this position is to bring reliable and timely financial/business information to support Top Management on decision making process, understanding of key drivers behind business performance in the CANDEAN region (Central America, the Caribbean, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and Venezuela).
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible to ensure that all financial process and analytical requirements for Sales & Brand profitability on month end and planning cycles are completed efficiently and accurately, with appropriate supporting analysis, back-up, commentary and prepared for presentation and distribution to the Management
- Responsible for managing and planning brand P&Ls, and relevant Operating Expenditure, supported by BPA Specialist on M&S execution
- Support Sales & Marketing function in all financial matters, and identification of Opportunities for financial process efficiency improvements
- Jointly with BPA Manager, BPA Specialist and Corporate Finance Manager, development and ownership of robust timelines for reporting and planning cycles, including timely communication and coordination with its respective areas of focus
- Develop a core understanding of the product portfolio, as well as a thorough understanding of the planned marketing, field and promotion activities, their timing, and costs
- Analyze actual product/portfolios results to understand key business drivers and variances to budget/forecast both for sales and spend
- Suggest and initiate process improvements and corrective actions, where appropriate
- Ensure that the P&L and overall financials are correctly reflected in the month end close

management reporting decks and marketing briefing books. Prepare and analyze variances to forecasts, including explanations, as well as recommendations for follow-ups

**Minimum requirements**
- Finance / Accounting / Economics Degree
- English and Spanish fluency
- Experience in the CANDEAN Region (preferably)
- Financial Planning and Finance Processes
- Excel, Power Point, SAP (a must)
- Agile & Action oriented
