The SMB Growth Strategy Program Manager is responsible for leading the CSG Small & Medium Business initiatives to grow the segment in theMMCLA region. Specifically, projects are around defining the right product portfolio to address segment needs, assess adequate routes to market, and develop and execute strategies and programs aimed at enabling and maximizing sales and market share in Latin America..The SMB Growth Strategy PMwill plan, leverage best practices, test and execute strategic initiatives to grow the business. Will also lead and manage cross-functional teams to maximize performance and ensure operational execution among Product, Pricing, Field and Merchandising teams. Furthermore, this role will also need to provide market insights, propose and build marketing plans to ensure a strong value proposition across the different routes to market in Latin America.
This position is key for the success and accomplishment of our business goals, and it has great exposure to Dells senior leadership.Join us as a SMB Project Manager on our Marketing team in LATAM to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What youll achieveAs a SMB PM, you will be responsible for: Take ownership and accountability of SMB strategic initiatives, making sure they have clear goals deliverables and timeline to ensure a flawless executionUncover best practices from other regions and drive their implementation in Latin America.Build/develop region-specific strategic marketing plans per route to marketManage data sets, provide insights and drive actions to grow revenue, units, and margin KPIsTrack progress, report status and make necessary change requests to achieve project goals as well as manage major risks and issues through effective mitigation plans and proper escalationYou will work with inside sales, product line managers, merchandisers, core marketing, other field marketing team members as well as with marketing agencies making this a great role for career development.Essential RequirementsSolid organizational, time and project management skills; to drive and deliver key business results and department milestones with ability to manage cross-functional teamsAdvanced data management experience, and ability to convert insights to strategic actionsProduct management related experienceCapability to lead, motivate and influence others to achieve resultsFully bilingual English & SpanishDesirable Requirements BA or BS Degree, Business with a Sales or Marketing focus preferredMaster Prefered years of experience on project managementHeres our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
