**La Posición**

**Requisitos**:
**Responsabilidades**
- Liderar al equipo de desarrollo
- Ser un referente para el equipo supervisando e implementando buenas practicas
- Revisión y mejora de codigo
- Apoyo al equipo

**Experiência**
- +5 años de experiência como desarrollador Backend
- +2 años de experiência liderando equipos
- Solida experiência con NodeJS y Typescript
- Solidos conocimientos de Cloud
- Experiência en Cloud AWS - Serverless - Lambda
- Azure Functions
- Conocimientos de patrones de arquitectura

**Individual Habilidades**
- Empatia y liderazgo para motivar al equipo
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación con capacidad para alinear a la organización en decisiones técnicas complejas
- Entrenador activo y mentor cuyos objetivos son crecer y maximizar el potencial del equipo.
