But always remember The best surfer out there is the one having the most fun.SummaryThe Campus Recruitment Intern will support the talent management initiatives for the company and assist in school partnership programs, explain the Selina Culture and share the experiences of the internship program.As a Campus Talent Acquisition Rockstar, you will: Strengthen onboarding process and content for internsCommunicate the internship program to schoolsAssist the campus recruiters in the forecast of interns for locations and regionsMarketing vacancies via multiple platforms and social mediaWork closely with Hiring Managers across the region to understand their needs, supporting them through the recruitment process and managing expectationsConducting initial vetting and shortlisting candidates for hiring managersIt only takes to be: Ideally prior experience related in the recruitment fieldExcellent oral and written communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft office packageDemonstrated use of analytical problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage projects in a timely and thorough mannerFluent in English and SpanishA lot of desire to learnWhat can you expectNo dress code Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly)Multiple online training opportunitiesCultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
