**Job Details**:
**Pay Rate**: Starting at $30-33/hour

**Schedule**: Full Time Block contract consistent hours

**Shifts Available**: 3:00p-11:00p

**Start & End Dates**: Immediate & Ongoing

**Benefits**: Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits for as Low as $17/wk

**Job Requirements**:
PA LPN License
At least one-year of prior Long Term Care experience
Proof of Covid Vaccination
Experience with Vision Charting system preferred
