Professional Training or Experience - 6 to 8 years of supervisory capacity especially in the Control and Supervision of Portfolio Accounts and Management of Projects
- Analytical background, project/cost methods for projects, programs and portfolio accounts
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / MS Project
- Bilingual
Responsibilities and /or Functions
- Customer negotiation
- Management of a portfolio account or projects.
- Supervision of professional and technical personnel.
- Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities
- Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of the problem.
- Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned staff
- Participate in internal and external committees to report on project status.
