**Job Description**:
AECOM has an opportunity available for an experienced Transportation Project Manager V to join our Panama team.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
- Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.
- Builds strong relationships and interacts regularly with existing and new clients, teaming partners, industry groups and stakeholders
- Continue and strengthen client relationships within the Transportation Industry.
- Identifies, pursues, and wins Transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinates and collaborates with other leaders within AECOM.
- Serves as lead engineer, approves, and signs off on work on local and regional.
- Provides technical expertise for studies and design efforts.
- Performs technical reviews of work developed by others.
- Continuously interacts with clients assuring satisfaction with AECOM services and interacting with project delivery personnel to ensure any service issues are identified and addressed in a proactive manner.
- Drives project performance and is responsible for the performance of a portfolio of projects
- Collaborates with peers/leaders in AECOM to leverage technical expertise, ensure client satisfaction and implement best practices.
- Participates in development of technical proposals.

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience delivering transportation projects

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 15+ years of experience delivering transportation projects
- 5+ years of experience as a project and client manager
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary transportation projects
- Client relationships, business development, and pursuit capture experience
- Experience managing a team or group
- Roadway, traffic, drainage, ports, railways, or structures design background
- Must be able to thrive in a team environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to track and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- English/Spanish Fluency
