**Requisitos**:
**Responsibilities**:
Translate business needs to technical design documentation
Design, build and deploy of enterprise Data Lakes / Data warehouses with large volumes of data, preferably on the Cloud.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs and deliver optimal solutions.
Creating and maintaining data pipeline architectures across multiple data sources.
Maintain and support data analytics platforms
Create tools to store data
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
Develop and update technical documentation
Ensure all deliverables are fit for business purposes and adhere to industry and best practice
Collaborate with IT Demand and IT Delivery as required
Understand the system development life cycle, software management approach, requirements, and design
Data modeling and database design.
Ability to learn new technologies and be ready to work on new cutting-edge cloud technologies.
End-to-end understanding of master data best practices
Data warehouse and big data design
Cloud providers, technology, and data strategies in a hybrid cloud / on-premise design
Ability to conceive the overall data structure in the technology landscape
Capability in developing practical technical architecture roadmap
Technical infrastructure covering cloud to on-premises based hardware systems
Performance analytics and metric development skills
Possess a broad understanding of telco business processes, technology
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, translating complex technical language into the high-level executive narrative
Proven experience in collaboration with technical development and operational organizations
Strong record of indirect people management including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Strong capability in managing and setting priorities
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach
Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice
Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided
Strong English is written and verbal communication skills and ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations

Experience in the Area
Strong requirements gathering and analysis experience
Proven experience as a BI developer or analyst
Experience building ETL data pipelines.
Background in data warehouse design and data mining
Experience with AWS data tools such as S3, Athena, EMR, Data Wrangler, Glue, Quick sight and Sagemaker
Broad telco architecture experience covering the full enterprise stack.
Proven experience engaging effectively with executive and senior level management.
Demonstrable experience in working in a large telco in a complex operational environment collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with Kafka.
Experience Redshift or Snowflake.
English level: Advanced
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to align the organization around complex technical decisions
