IOM is undertaking a Business Transformation (BT) process, a priority driven by IOM’s Internal Governance Framework (IGF). IOM has undertaken a global review of its current support and administrative business requirements and ERP based process flows to update its systems and establish a fit-for-future set of management methods, policies, controls, processes, and systems globally.
Under the administrative supervision of the BT Regional Change Management Officer in PAC and the direct supervision of the BT Officer (Training, Support and Adoption) in Valencia, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting and supporting the design, delivery and rollout of global end-user training for IOM’s new ERP system, Oracle Cloud, and related business process changes.
