Heor Manager

**Summary**:
Location: Panama City or San Jose, Costa Rica or Lima, Peru About the role: Lead the research strategy developing cost-effectiveness model & budget impact models. Adapt & translate evidence based value messages to resonate with local needs. Participates in value based outcomes contracting becoming the internal advisor for best partners in field.

**About the Role**:
**Major accountabilities**:

- Develops and maintains expertise on local decision making processes & uses this expertise to develop innovative pricing & reimbursement models.
- Providing pricing input to launch sequencing and monitoring, with countries & region, via governance bodies.

**Key performance indicators**:

- Quality and timeliness of HTA submission strategies, plans and deliverables
- Achieving optimal national patient access outcomes.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Economics / Business Administration / Science based university Degree
- Previous experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in pricing, reimbursement, customer value management, contract negotiation, price management, payer evidence & HEOR in the pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced English
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic mindset / agile learning / strong communication skills

**Desirable requirements**:

- Knowledge about Healthcare systems in Andean, Central America and The Caribbean
