We are looking for a talented Technician C - CPG to join our team specializing in Services for our Distribution Business in Panamá.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Complete preventive, corrective or predictive maintenance on generators, transfer boards and diesel engines.
- Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Ensures immediate and efficient attention to customer needs.
- Applies the use of specialized tools and follows documented policies and procedures to diagnose and complete basic repairs, including preparation of required tools and parts.
- Escalates unresolved issues to more experienced field service technicians and/or supervisors.
- Performs preventative maintenance activities according to documented standards and schedules on power generation products in the field.
- Completes required documentation such as service worksheets, time sheets, warranty claims using written forms or on business system capture screens.
- Completes training in accordance with skills and business requirements.
- Provides maintenance to tools and vehicles for their cleanliness and correct operation.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and legislation.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Electromechanical or electronic technician (Or last year of degree)
- Minimum 18 months of experience in preventive, corrective or predictive maintenance of generators, transfer boards and diesel engines.
- Intermediate level of Office and Outlook
- Basic English (for Manual Reading)
- Advance knowledge of multimeter and electrical diagrams.
- You must have a suitability card (carné de Ideonidad from the technical board of architects and engineers.
- Type D driver's license.
