You will be in charge of developing and maintaining the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.**This position reports to**: Sales Manager**Your responsibilities**: - Preventing mistakes and defects in products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to customers. Focusing on preventing issues rather than just control and driving the utilization of process management to deliver consistent results. Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place to verify that processes continue to meet requirements and that control plans are followed and effective. Making sure that the customer's voice is represented in the local business and presenting the management team with customer experience feedback. Enabling and coaching all employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.**Your background**: - Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of electrical systems. Reading electrical plans. Metalworking materials. Previous experience with installation of mechanical structures. Advanced English level.**More about us**:
