The PositionThe Vice President, Revenue and Finance Operations is responsible for establishing efficient, and scalable processes leveraging technology to drive predictable revenue and growth. This position requires a seasoned individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-growth, dynamic and fast-paced environment, and someone with a customer-oriented (both external and internal) mindset. This position reports to the Chief Finance Officer and will partner closely with senior executives of OPSWAT to deliver operational excellence. What You Will Be DoingEnd-to-end management of the Quote-to-Cash processes for quoting (CPQ), order management, invoicing, and collectionProvide leadership in workflow optimization of Salesforce and integration of the technology stacks across the Companys GTM platforms and ERP systemEstablish and oversee data governance to provide "single source of truth"; improve data ownership, accountability, quality and reliabilityCollaborate with Sales Enablement to establish policies and guidelines, and to adopt best practices in product licensingPartner with CFO and CRO in the design of incentive compensation plans that drive performance and desired behaviors in the GTM organizationsContinue to build out Shared-Services Center in Vietnam to scale back-office operationsLeverage technology to streamline and simplify commission administrationProvide sales analytics and business insights to stakeholders at both Product Line Unit and regional levelWork with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps and lead on-going process improvements in order processing, deal closure, invoicing, and collections workflowsCreate an atmosphere where people are engaged, rewarded, and share a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityOwner of global payroll across geographiesWhat We Need From YouA dynamic leader, and a change-agent with strong collaboration and influential skillsDeep knowledge of Salesforce with experiences in managing large-scale implementationStrong project management skills with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence othersMetrics driven with ability to develop alignment & accountability within your teamAn analytical mindset - you have a deep understanding of how to break down and solve complex, ambiguous problems with a demonstrated track record of high performanceAn excellent communicator and a people manager.
