Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group in collaboration with a credit union, is searching for a proactive and drivenCollections Clerk.The primary function of this position includes, but is not limited to, assisting members with loan modifications, provides reports to management, completes Credit Bureau disputes and other job duties as assigned.***This role is work from home flexible but must live in one of the following states: VA, NC, FL, OH, TN, OK, MO***Responsibilities: Prepares and completes Real Estate modifications for in house loans Prepare or assist in the preparation of reports, complete E Oscars, assist staff with paperwork and research requests. Completes monthly and quarterly reports to management in a timely manner Maintains Consumer Credit Counseling proposals, remittance, and disbursement logs Processes Courtesy Pay notices through collections software daily Supports effective inventory control of repossessed vehicles and foreclosed properties according to established Credit Union procedures. Report to Chexsystems all appropriate charged off accounts and updates as they are paid in full Monitor department materials and supplies and reorders as necessary Ensure compliance with all regulatory programs including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control Program and Customer Identification Program Assists other department personnel and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Background Profile: One year to three years of similar or related experience Excellent organizational skills Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in Chexsystems is a plus Qualified candidates should apply below AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
