**Job description**

As our business activities continue to increase, we are looking to expand our Finance team in the Americas. We are seeking a new Accountant to join our team of 14 colleagues with a strong aptitude for numbers.

You will report to our Controller, and your primary responsibilities will include performing timely invoicing, monitoring and maintaining physical inventories, and managing priorities effectively, often based on inputs from others. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are crucial in this role.

**Areas of focus**
- Process sales and purchase invoices
- Handling inventory accounting
- Maintain balance sheet accounts
- Monthly reconciliation and maintenance of accounts for further review and reporting
- Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures

**Your professional skills**
- A relevant financial education
- 2-3 years of experience as Accountant or other position within finance
- Experience with inventory accounting
- General IT proficiency, good Excel skills
- Fluent in written/verbal English and Spanish.
- CPA certification is a plus

- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Driven and proactive.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Deadline-oriented, with a capacity to handle time-sensitive tasks.
