- As a Butler you will ensure we provide the highest level of guest service for our VIP guests.
- Provide anticipatory, bespoke, intuitive and seamless service when dealing with guest´s requests.
- Participates in active storytelling about the hotel and destination through signature rituals.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point. Online Review Management platforms.
- Previous experience as PA, Maitre´D and supervising departments like Butlers and Guest Experience
- Prior formalized training as a Butler is highly regarded.
- Complete knowledge of the English language, a third language is desirable
