We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Front Desk Experience Manager. This exciting opportunity involves managing the front desk area and providing exceptional guest experiences.

About the Job

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, and providing personalized support throughout their stay.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the front desk area, including checking-in guests and handling inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional guest service: Offer warm welcomes, respond to guest requests, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor and improve processes: Continuously evaluate and enhance front desk procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with hotel staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Languages: English and local language proficiency required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or similar environments is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
