Senior Architectural Drafter

Job Summary
Insignia Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Drafter to lead our drafting team and play a pivotal role in architectural production drafting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting large and intricate Construction Document sets with precision and efficiency. Your exceptional eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be instrumental in delivering seamless and exceptional designs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with colleagues
• Attend internal meetings to facilitate project discussions and updates
• Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes after each client interaction
• Provide crucial support to the team in creating detailed CAD/BIM documentation
• Present individual work progress to Seniors/Director on a project basis
• Stay informed about and discuss current industry trends in CAD/BIM documentation
• Participate in CAD/BIM seminars and training sessions, sharing insights and knowledge with the team
• Keep up to date with the latest software versions and techniques in the field

Requirements

• Exceptional drafting skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and techniques
