Job Description:
The Strategic Growth Manager will play a critical role in managing inbound communications, nurturing leads, and optimizing the customer relationship management (CRM) process. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Manage and follow up on leads in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate lead funnel metrics and ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and drive business growth.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Information:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of up to $2,000 USD per month, plus incentives, based on experience and performance. As a remote worker, you will be expected to maintain a home office setup and have access to a reliable internet connection.
Work Schedule:
The standard work schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). However, flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs.

This is an independent contractor position, requiring self-motivation and discipline to meet job expectations.
