Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Installation Manager to coordinate and oversee installation operations. This role involves managing customer interactions, installation crew communications, warranties, and maintaining inventory and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warranty Management: Manage all warranty-related tasks, including issue resolution and registration.
  • Financial Tracking: Track payments for installations and follow up on accounts receivable.
  • Crew Coordination: Coordinate daily activities with installers, including inventory updates and order submissions.
  • Order Management: Oversee order building and submissions, particularly for ProVia orders across multiple locations.
  • Documentation: Track and document updates on owned spreadsheets rigorously each day.
  • Customer Service: Address customer service inquiries effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Process payments with various vendors and manage referral tracking with the Director of Operations.
  • Warehouse Notifications: Handle warehouse notifications and installer invoices, reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and update SOPs to streamline processes.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the home improvement industry, particularly windows and doors, is highly beneficial.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional planning and time management skills, capable of navigating various software platforms and handling high-volume tasks.
