Job Overview: NTT DATA Services is seeking a Desktop Troubleshooter to join our team in Panama. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues with desktops, portables, peripherals, and software.
">Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot Level 1 problems encountered with personal computers hardware, software, and peripherals. Answer the helpdesk line and respond to users' requests regarding computer systems. Maintain user information and documentation.
">Requirements: Basic troubleshooting skills and a basic understanding of network, server, and desktop administration. Excellent communication skills and ability to develop business relationships with users.
