Classroom Substitute Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team at Inspired Education Group. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in the learning environment during the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

• Instructional Delivery: Implement lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring that the learning objectives are met. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Classroom Management: Maintain order and discipline within the classroom, following the school's policies and procedures. Address behavioral issues promptly and effectively, seeking assistance from school administrators when necessary.
• Student Engagement: Interact with students in a positive and supportive manner, encouraging active participation in class activities. Provide additional assistance to students as needed, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the material.
• Flexibility: Adapt to different grade levels, subjects, and teaching styles based on the specific needs of each assignment. Be prepared to take on short-notice assignments and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
• Professionalism: Arrive on time and adhere to the school's dress code and professional standards. Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive student and school information.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Teaching certification or substitute teacher certification (as required by state or local regulations).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
