**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the EPIC Claims department in following up on outstanding claims documents.
  2. Handling both inbound and outbound calls for EPIC Claims.
  3. Contacting insureds by various means to request outstanding/missing claims documents.
  4. Liaising with Claims examiners to ensure efficient handling of calls and requests.
  5. Making outbound calls and sending communications to facilities to request necessary documents.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Familiarity with EPIC Claims systems and processes.
