The Job Description

This role is responsible for collecting payments from customers who have outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze data, and work well under pressure. They will also be able to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Main Tasks

  • Monitor customer accounts and identify those who are past due.
  • Contact customers to discuss payment arrangements.
  • Develop and implement plans to collect outstanding debts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes and resolve payment barriers.
  • Provide documentation to customers regarding disputed accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
