HR Generalist

We understand that our growth and success stem directly from our people. That's why we're looking for an HR Generalist to join our remote team and take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle.

**Job Description**

This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including talent management, culture and employee relations, HR operations and compliance, and planning and development.

This includes:

• Talent Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment, create effective onboarding processes, and implement performance review systems
• Culture & Employee Relations: Organize company events, implement engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and coordinate training programs
• HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records, ensure regulatory compliance, and document core processes across departments
• Planning & Development: Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, develop multimedia training resources, and take ownership of improvement projects

**Key Responsibilities**

- Implement a performance management system where every employee has clear metrics and receives structured feedback

- Develop a comprehensive onboarding program incorporating videos, presentations, and company values

- Build and execute a recruitment strategy to meet peak season demands and establish a talent pipeline for international staff

**Qualifications**

- Valid USA visa with ability to travel 2 weeks per quarter

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- 3+ years of HR experience including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations

- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

- Experience creating HR documentation and policies
