About World Business Lenders (WBL)

We're a U.S.-based company offering general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses. Our goal is to provide alternative funding solutions for those lacking access to traditional financing.

As a remote Contract/Consultant, you'll work 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting appraisal-related market data from internal and external sources
  • Researching local real estate markets to identify sales and rental data
  • Assisting appraisers with valuation assignments, including reviewing inspection reports and managing documentation

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate appraisals, banking, or a related field
  • Registered and Sworn Valuer certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
