About the Role

We are looking for an HMO Claims Processor to join our team at Insignia Resources. As an HMO Claims Processor, you will be responsible for processing insurance claims submitted by healthcare providers on behalf of their patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patients' insurance coverage and recode claims electronically or via paper forms
  • Monitor claim status, identify issues, and take necessary actions to resolve them
  • Communicate with insurance companies and appeal denied claims

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of insurance regulations and coding practices
  • Ability to analyze data and identify patterns in claims denials or payment discrepancies
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
