**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**: Responsible for the financial reporting, sustainability factory disclosure, material footprint, legal documents and vendor partner communications. Drive execution and responsible for initiatives that support the PSO strategies.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Execute and support PSO strategies.
- Drive and Build a strong team.
- Oversee efficiency of operational processes.
- Support the PSO team as needed.
- Analyze business requirements and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide training & leadership to Operations Coordinator.
- Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
**QUALIFICIATIONS**:
- Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) in both written and oral communications
**SKILLS**:
- Excellent communications skills (written, oral, and presentation) required for regular interaction with senior management as well as all other levels of the organization.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent skills on Microsoft Office & BI tools.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
