The leading online marketplace in Central America, is seeking a Full Stack PHP Developer to help create business value and build a product to meet user and business requirements. This role willwork closely with the company's Product & Technology teams to execute the strategic roadmap andrelated projects. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, is highly technical, curious, agood problem-solver, proactive and efficient in time management. **Responsibilities**: Create, extend, and improve upon current functionalities on the position Support migration process from legacy 1.4 symfony Collaborate with other team members and carry out external research to find solutions totechnical problems Keep up to date with industry advancements that can affect our platform over time **Qualifications/Experience**: At least 3 years of professional experience in web development Understanding of the principles of the HTTP protocol and REST architectures PHP Symfony 1.4 (1.5 upgraded to work with latest php version), Symfony >= 2.x jQuery / Bootstrap 3, 4,... React / Vue.js MySQL, Elasticsearch/Solr experience a plus Unit testing Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices in general Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, or similar a plus **Desired traits**: Proactive Curious, problem-solver in nature Detail-oriented Capacity to adapt to changes Passionate about learning English and Spanish proficiency
