DHL Aero Expreso, S. A. ofrece una nueva oportunidad para la posición de **Flight Ops Business Support (Runner Dispatch)** **en Panamá.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Dar soporte al departamento de despacho de vuelo con respecto a la documentación necesaria a bordo de las aeronaves.
- Abastecer el catering a los aviones de los vuelos originando de la estación de Panamá.
- Verificación de tripulaciones en origen y tránsito para asignación de catering.
- Realizar trámites migratorios y aduanales referente a las tripulaciones y supernumerarios de los vuelos llegando, originando y en tránsito en la estación de Panamá.
- Realizar trámites de pagos en instituciones aeroportuarias.
- Revisión y control de bodega de suministros de equipos para las aeronaves (hojas de impresora, papel higiénico, papel toalla, agua, bebidas, hielo, bolsas de desechos, etc.)
- Llevar registro de los suministros de equipos para las aeronaves y solicitar la compra al departamento de operaciones de vuelo.
- Clasificar y archivar toda la documentación tal como liberación de vuelo, plan de vuelo, peso y balance, NOTOC, Declaración General, etc. de los vuelos operados en la estación de Panamá;
- Encargado del bus que se utiliza como transporte interno en la rampa.
- Transportar a las tripulaciones y supernumerarios desde y/o hacia las aeronaves en las instalaciones de DHL Aero Expreso, S.A, terminal de carga, si aplica.
- Llevar control de la actualización y carga de los IPads de respaldo de aeronaves que están en despacho de vuelo.

**Requisitos y Perfil de la posición**:

- Estudiante de despacho de vuelo.
- 2 años de experiência en gestión de despacho de vuelo.
- Conocimiento de la regulación de aviación civil de Panamá (RACP), así como conocimiento en el manejo de mercancías peligrosas.
- Dominio del computador (aplicaciones de Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word y Outlook).
- Nível de inglés avanzado (hablado y escrito).
- Orientado al cliente interno y externo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, oral y escrita;
- Organizado, proactivo y responsable.
- Preferiblemente con experiência en manejo de personal.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Demostrar conocimientos aeronáuticos en regulaciones aeronáuticas, conocimiento general de las aeronaves, cálculo de rendimiento y procedimiento de planificación de vuelo, meteorología, navegación, procedimientos operacionales, principios de vuelo, radio comunicación y actuación humana.
