Backend Developer

We are looking for a highly proactive and organized Backend Developer eager to specialize in Go. In this role, you’ll work on systems already serving hundreds to thousands of users, with an emphasis on quality, performance, and reliability. You will play a critical role in backend development, working independently at times, while ensuring structured and formal project execution.
**Requirements**:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Go, with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Manage and improve existing systems already in production, serving a large user base.
- Lead and execute projects independently, taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
- Document code and processes thoroughly to maintain organized workflows.
- Communicate effectively in English, ensuring a smooth exchange of technical ideas.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience in Backend Development** with frameworks like Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
- **General Experience Go** (experience in projects, tutorials, or self-led projects is acceptable if strong backend skills in other frameworks are present).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects.
- **Strong organizational skills** with a formal, committed approach to project management and development.
- **Conversational English** proficiency for effective communication.
