Provide visibility on metrics and process improvement opportunities. Source code custodian and lifecycle.Core Responsibilities: Owns deployment pipelines and manages its backlog for improvements (compliance checks, verification of dependencies, static code analysis).Defines source code repository branching and tagging strategy.Participate in versioning strategy and release notes standards.Integrates deployment pipelines with the test automation framework.Leads a team of release managers embedded in the agile teams.Implement release metrics (# deployments, delivery time, fail rate among others.Establish a baseline and measure improvements.Manage risks and identify process bottlenecks.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.4+ years of experience with agile frameworks.Strong analytical skills to solve problems.Essential Knowledge: Knowledge of automation tools: Jenkins, Gitlab runners.Secure Software Development Lifecyle principles.Basic Telecom and/or digital product development experience.Core Competencies: Excellent programming skills and experience.Ability to handle software infrastructure management & configuration management.A computer science degree or a similar discipline.4+ years of experience using project or release management tools.An expert understanding of software development lifecycle.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical skills.Structured thinking.
