_Support patient care, ensure readiness, and make every visit seamless._

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy, clear communication, and patient-focused service?

At **eSync 360**, we’re looking for a **Clinic Specialist** to join our Panama City team and oversee the logistics that make every patient visit or procedure run smoothly. This role is at the heart of clinical coordination—ensuring patients are fully prepared, documentation is complete, and communication between the clinic, patients, and referring law firms flows seamlessly.

As a Clinic Specialist, you’ll safeguard timely preparation, smooth execution, and efficient follow-up, while proactively addressing issues before they impact patient care.

**Your Mission**:

- Review and prepare patient files to confirm all requirements are complete before appointments.
- Verify diagnostic reports, histories, and clinical documentation for accuracy.
- Prepare procedural rooms and coordinate with the Procedure Team when needed.
- Greet and guide patients on the day of their appointments, ensuring all checklists are completed.
- Communicate with providers about case details or special requirements.
- Update patient records immediately after visits and confirm next steps (follow-ups, procedures, reports).
- Collaborate with law firms to ensure timely delivery of clinical documentation.
- Work closely with Leads, Procedure Team, and admin staff to maintain smooth case flow.
- Escalate delays, missing documentation, or patient issues to Leads promptly.
- Maintain audit-ready, compliant documentation and track case milestones in real time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in clinical coordination, patient logistics, or healthcare administration.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in **English and Spanish** (both are essential for our patients and partners).
- A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Commitment to patient experience, accuracy, and seamless execution.

This is a **patient-facing yet primarily back-office role** that supports U.S. clinical operations from Panama. It’s a structured, professional setting where accuracy, coordination, and patient experience are at the core. If you thrive in a setting where every detail matters and your work directly contributes to quality care, we’d love to meet you.
