**What you will do As a Finance Hub Process Driver you will**: Support Director FSB Operations Hub in efficient and effective delivery of services Deliver to Finance process KPI targets by driving relevant actions with Stakeholders and BU; Participate in Stakeholders/local Finance KPI target setting and KPI follow up Drive compliance to legal requirements, global Finance processes, best practices and control framework; also shares best practices with local/global counterpart and Process Drivers network Drive end to end Finance, Supplier Management and Master data process continuous improvements in the Region (scope of Finance Operations Hub) Plan implementation and drive Change Management including process and tools training maintaining routines to ensure accurate and timely accounting info Ensure Finance Operations Business Expert community is complete, competent and operating effectively Analyze and address local competence gaps through Local process drivers Support region and hub lead in interfacing with the outsourcer We believe you have Minimum 8 years experience as a process lead at similar multinational companies; Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering; Experience in Global Business Service (Hubs, centralizing of activities); Very good communication skills (English is a must) and preferably Spanish; Experience on management, follow up on performance targets, metrics and Lead Continuous process Improvements; Skills of influencing, including how to connect with people and build relationships - both internally and externally, so that you can communicate on a more effective level Solid experience in designing, implementing and managing finance and accounting organizations, as well as in designing and implementing finance processes and related internal controls, including informatics´ systems (SAP).
