**Position Details**:
**Title**: Project Manager
**Position Goals**:
Provide superior Client service
Meet deadlines and targets in terms of schedule & budget
Deliver world-class project management activities
Handle related administrative process activities (purchase order requisitions, sourcing requests, goods received inclusion, vendor selection matrix)
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**General**:
Execute and implement multidiscipline and complex facilities projects
Demonstrate competence in all phases of Project Management including budgeting, planning, design, scheduling, contracting, conflict resolution, oversight, and closure
**Financial Management**:
Forecast assigned projects budget
**Project Management**:
Provide professional project planning support and management
Ensure quality and timely delivery from contractors
Provide documentation (meeting minutes, work orders, purchase orders, contracts, change orders, insurance certificates, status updates, vendor close-out letters)
Participate in bidding process documentation
Maintain positive relationships with client representatives and service providers
Meet Project KPIs (on schedule, budget/cost, scope, and timely asset capitalization)
Achieve client satisfaction rating above 3 out of 5
**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5+ years of project management experience
PMP certification preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
