Deberá controlar las actividades de Seguridad Industrial e Higiene Ocupacional, estableciendo las políticas y normas, desarrollando planes y programas, supervisando la ejecución de los procesos técnicos-administrativos que conforman el área, a fin de garantizar la eficacia y la eficiencia de las operaciones de prevención de accidentes y/o enfermedades Profesionales en la compañía.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Asesora técnicamente en la creación e implementación de los programas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
Planifica, dirige y supervisa las actividades relacionadas a su área.
Vela por el cumplimiento de las políticas y normas establecidas en el departamento de Prevención de Riesgos, en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
Vela por el cumplimiento, por parte de los trabajadores, de las normas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad integral, establecidos por SKECHERS.
Da cumplimiento a todas las disposiciones establecidas en la Ley en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
Capacita al personal nuevo sobre los riesgos asociado a las funciones del cargo.
Mantiene actualizado el Reglamento Interno de Higiene y Seguridad
Dirige los programas de capacitación en materia de Seguridad.
Establece en conjunto con el Gerente de RRHH las políticas a seguir en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
Coordina el proceso de inspección en lugares de trabajo.
Asesora e instruye a los Comités de Seguridad de Oficina central, tiendas y Centro de Distribución
Investiga los accidentes de trabajo, determina sus causas y recomienda medidas correctivas.
Analiza estadísticas asociadas a los accidentes laborales y de enfermedades profesionales.
Elabora procedimientos de trabajo seguro.
**Qualifications**:
Profesional Técnico o Universitario con Idoneidad en el área de salud y seguridad ocupacional. Mínimo 2 años de experiência en el cargo.
Experiência en Prevencion de Riesgos en empresas de Retail (deseable).
Interpretación de leyes, Protocolos y acuerdos relacionados con la prevención de riesgos profesionales.
