**What you'll do**:
- Prepare and analyze complex financial and allocation models to administer the LLA Group transfer pricing policies
- Coordinate with accounting team to prepare intercompany invoices in relation to transfer pricing models for the group
- Assist the transfer pricing team in compiling information necessary for the disclosure of intercompany transactions for transfer pricing studies and/or annual disclosure forms
- Support the transfer pricing team in reviewing the statutory financials of operating entities within LLA to ensure that intercompany transactions are accurately reflected
- Assist the transfer pricing team in relation to the issuance and review of annual cost center surveys for transfer pricing audit defense files
- Support the finance organization in tracking and clearing legacy intercompany balances on an ad-hoc basis
- Support the transfer pricing and finance team in relation to internal/external audit requests
- Support the Transfer Pricing team with regard to the development of new transfer pricing models
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, such as the analysis of indirect taxes on intercompany transactions

Qualifications:
**Preferred Education/ Qualitifactions**:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent 4-year college degree, with an accounting/tax/economics major.
- 2-4 years of public accounting and/or industry experience, specifically in Transfer Pricing or Tax.
**Knowledge & Experience**:
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and/or SAP is preferred, but not mandated.
- Experience working with LATAM and/or Caribbean countries within a finance setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, demanding and dynamic environment.
- Strong written, oral, and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data
- Ability to work independently and adapt to recurring changes
- Ability to work in a team setting during brainstorming sessions
- Energetic with a strong work ethic, high personal standard of ethical conduct and ability to securely handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
