**Position Overview**:
**This is a full-time, onsite position located in Colón, Panama.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to healthcare services and solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Provide information about healthcare products and services to customers as needed.
- Meet performance metrics, including quality scores, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and healthcare-related guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Proficiency in computer systems.
- Ability to work onsite in Colón, Panama, with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
