Building and Following onboarding & training schedule for all departments. Making sure that high-level of customer service is given. Making sure that the protocols are being followed. Writing and following opening/shift change/ closing checklist and protocol for F&B areas. Writing and following training schedule for all departments. Manage the Daily brief according to the daily brief protocol. Updating inventory orders according to the amount of guests. Making sure that all maintenance protocols are being followed. Keeping all BOM updated with prices. Keeping the F&B area in the best maintenance condition as possible according to protocol. Making sure that waste protocol is being done. Updating daily / monthly reports by protocol. Have full knowledge of all the software that manages the location. He’ll be the only response to the daily operation of the F&B areas. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws Support on handling customer complaints and queries Planning work schedules for individuals and teams Meeting and greeting customers Send invoices to the accounting department Dealing with contractors and suppliers Ensuring security is effective; Providing F&B daily and monthly report to headquarters Has to be empathic to workers and show interest in how they’re feelingabout their position/daily dutiesEVENTS & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES: In charge of operating Selina’s events happening in the F&B space. Support DJ’s & artists scheduled for the location. Building a schedule of events at the hostel at the playground Producing special events according to Events strategy Feedbacking reports of artists who performed at Selina for a future relevance. Publish a monthly schedule for the location events. In charge of verifying that the right playlists are playing. In charge of Selina sound visual equipment maintenance & operation. In charge of decorating F&B area with concepts approved In charge of updating a location manager with monthly event schedule to ensure dedicated volunteers for general work in event.
