Product Manager - Rare Diseases

**The Position**
- As a Product Manager - Rare Diseases at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies (private market and institutional business).
- Identify and predict current and future consumer trends in the rare disease market & analyse market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee all stages of product development (from concept to launch), manage P&L activities and ensure profitability & conduct ROI analysis.
- Work closely with medical, access, sales and regulatory teams to ensure product success.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with patient models, forecasting, P&L management and ROI analysis.
- Experience with rare disease products is highly desirable.
- Advanced English is a must.
