**Position Overview**

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Triage and monitor the privacy request queue and assign tasks to relevant internal stakeholders
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Otherwise support the Global Privacy Office with activities related to the Company’s privacy compliance program by assisting with:

- Training and awareness
- Management of documentation related to vendors that process personal information
- Completion of privacy assessments
- Maintenance of personal data and asset inventories
- Implementation of privacy technology tools
- Producing reports for privacy program metrics Handling ad-hoc projects which support the Chief Privacy Officer and other Global Privacy Office members
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Required Language Proficiency: English and Spanish
- Desired Language Proficiency: French, German or Italian
- Experience working in a shared services team or environment
- IAPP certification an asset but not required
- Knowledge of global privacy principles
- Strong project management and client management skills
- Exercises good judgment in decision making, able to understand and synthesize complex issues, and support the execution of business strategy
- Ability developing and implementing consistent procedures in a service environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations effectively to complete multiple tasks/projects quickly, efficiently and on time
- Highly motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic
- Advanced technological skills and ability to learn and teach others new technologies quickly and independently
- Exemplary client service orientation and professional demeanor
