Your new role

As a Compliance Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will ensure full Business Ethics Compliance in the CLAT Affiliate by developing processes and programmes for effective monitoring, becoming due diligence responsible, conducting internal controls, training local staff and leading investigation cases in coordination with relevant internal and external parties. Some of your specific responsibilities will be:
Implement internal controls to align company processes with policy requirements and local regulations.
- Lead compliance monitoring and risk assessments, including planning, executing, and analysing findings.Deliver training and communication programmes to educate staff on business ethics standards.Manage third-party oversight by owning the local Third Party Representative (TPR / LDDR) process.Oversee compliance hotline and investigations from intake to resolution in coordination with relevant parties.
- Support audit coordination and provide Ethics & Compliance (E&C) guidance, collaborating on audits and advising on policy and regulatory matters.

Your skills and qualifications

**Must Have**:

- A law degree (degrees in Finance or Healthcare are advantageous).
- Healthcare compliance certification (e.g., CHC, CCEP) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- A background in audit/law firms or multinational corporations as a compliance controller or investigator.

**Nice to Have**:

- Good understanding of business, especially in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industries.

Your new role
